Hello, my name is Erin and I started working part-time in the construction business with my husband Andy a year ago. He has been working with his father for 20 years and they cover everything from small remodels to turn-key homes. Andy's biggest love within the industry is ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) and the next job we start will be my first time experiencing this type of build!
